Captain Mark Gay is the proud owner and operator of Double Hooker Fishing Charters in Biloxi, Mississippi. His love for fishing started early in Central Florida, where he spent countless hours learning the craft on lakes like Lake Toho. It was there he developed a strong passion for bass fishing, which became the foundation for a lifelong dedication to the sport. Today, that same passion drives his work on the Gulf Coast, where he leads inshore fishing trips with a focus on sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

Fishing isn’t just a profession for Captain Mark — it’s part of who he is. Over the years, he’s come to value the sense of connection and enjoyment that comes from fishing with friends, families, and first-timers. His approach is rooted in patience, clear communication, and making every guest feel confident and welcome on the water. Whether he’s guiding seasoned anglers or helping someone land their very first catch, Captain Mark’s goal is always to create a rewarding experience tailored to each group.

The boat used for all trips is a 23' Carolina Skiff, a 2015 bay boat known for its durability and fishing-friendly layout. Powered by a 150HP Yamaha F150 engine, the vessel reaches cruising speeds up to 46 knots, allowing you to move efficiently between fishing spots. With enough space for up to 6 guests, the boat offers a smooth and comfortable ride, complete with all the necessary gear for a focused day of inshore fishing.
